Roles & Responsibilities

Desired Candidate Profile

Operate heavy vehicles such as flatbed trucks (domestic and cross-border) and Nachal trucks as assigned Operate heavy equipment including JCB and Shovel for excavation, loading, and site activities Transport materials safely and efficiently according to assigned routes or site instructions Ensure proper loading, securing, and unloading of cargo or materials Conduct daily vehicle and equipment inspections and report any mechanical issues Maintain trip logs, delivery documents, and basic operational records Follow UAE traffic laws, site safety rules, and company procedures Coordinate with supervisors, site teams, and logistics staff Work extended duty hours when required, including overtime or trip-based assignments Working Conditions Duty hours may extend up to 11 hours per day with scheduled breaks Overtime or trip-based incentives may apply depending on assignment Accommodation provided or allowance included, depending on role and deployment Requirements Valid UAE heavy driving license and/or heavy equipment operator license Proven experience operating heavy trucks and/or construction equipment Experience in domestic or cross-border transportation is an advantage Knowledge of road safety, load limits, and basic vehicle/equipment maintenance Physically fit and safety-oriented Ability to follow instructions and work under operational pressure
