Job Description :
• Adhering to the Information Security Program and Policies.
• Maintain computer asset inventory and equipment tracking.
• Assist in special projects as needed.
• Troubleshoot computer hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
• Laptop and mobile device configuration, software installation, maintenance and support.
• Provide both onsite and remote support to POS software, including configuration, monitoring and customization
• Assist in both root cause and trend analysis
• Provide additional support for other technical issues involving network connectivity and hardware functionality
• Assist in the installation, relocation and re-installation of equipment when required
Job Skills :
• 2+ years of Technical Support experience
• Strong Networking Background
• Point of Sale (POS) support experience
• Strong networking and troubleshooting skills
• Strong knowledge of Windows
• Experience responding to trouble tickets and taking a high call volume
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
