Vacancy: Help Desk Customer Service Staff
Urgently required for our client in Abu Dhabi
Minimum Requirements:-

• Minimum 5 years experience in Customer care
• Minimum High School Certificate
• Certification in Customer Service or Equivalent
• Should be proficient in English & Arabic
• Manage and operate the HC Help Desk for 12 hours during the company working days through their deployed resources and ensure the services are running to best practices and standards in the global market
• The help desk including the reception, is a centralized function that will handle all human capital related queries through service desk system, direct calls, visiting the reception, walk personnel, email etc.
• Communicate in a professional manner by receiving all the calls, online tickets and in persons at the help desk. Adapt to the employees & customer thoughts and feelings and respond to make each compliant comfortable and satisfactory with clear and timely replies.
• Ensure proper follow up with the concerned units/Department in human capital to the responses of the queries.
• Prepare and provide weekly and monthly reports with the major concerns raised, customer satisfaction index reports, timelines delivered and other ad hoc reports as requested.
• Provide on job training to company staff to handle all the functions in the reception/Help Desk
