Job Description:
• Process tickets added by the customer through the ticketing system
• Categorize the tickets based on its priority, root cause & its resolution
• Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions
• Determine the best solution based on the issue and details provided by customers through the system s documentation
• Walk the customer through the problem-solving process if needed
• Direct some issues to the next level of the technical team in case it needs specific implementation
• Follow-up and update the tickets status and ensure that the issues are closed from the customer s side
• Pass on any feedback or suggestions by customers to the appropriate internal team
• Build a knowledge base for repetitive issues & how to resolve them
