help desk manager's job is to oversee timely delivery of quality technical support service to clients, whether they are internal clients working for the same company or external clients who have contracted technical support service and give proper reception to new clients always.
Serving as the first Contact person of the Company to customers who are seeking for all sorts of technical support from the company.
We are therefore looking for a competent Help Desk expert to help provide useful technical services with our computer system in our facilities. This will involve receiving all sorts of complains, quarries and other related cases and later provide a technical solution to them.

• Should have an expertise knowledge in all organizational software programmers i.e. CRM for all property Management systems and Service deliveries.
• Aid the development team in conceptualizing updates and upgrades that will enhance users’ experience.
• To help take clients through a proper problem-solving process.
• Prepares all technical complains and send them to different departments with immediate follow ups.
• Provides and passes on external complains to the internal team.
• log all help desk interactions. And monitor all activities by help desk team.
• stay current with system information, changes and updates.
• respond to requests for technical assistance in person, via phone, electronically
• Maintain a high level of courteous customer service always.
• Log and correct attendance of residents i.e. records the availed, absent, missing etc. to give a full total capacity of the site.

Related skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Should Shows basic computer knowledge for the purposes of scheduling, recordkeeping and more.
• Ability to perform several tasks at the same time.
• Strong verbal communication and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with project management software a plus
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle several complains at once.
• Bilingual will be mandatory (English Arabic Hindi Urdu or other regional languages from Asia).

Desired Candidate Profile


 A Bachelors degree Holder.
 Or a Diploma holder in commerce or computer related course discipline.
 A relevant experience in the same field of about 3years Plus in a team leader position.
 Familiarity with project management and software development skills within ERP, CRM, SAP or BMS related facility management software’s.
 Attention to detail and listening skills are most important.
 Must be comfortable working in a shift basis roster.
