Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Overview
Provide first-line operational and technical support for systems, facilities, and user queries to ensure uninterrupted service delivery.
Your role
- Receive, log, and manage incidents and service requests through helpdesk systems.
- Provide initial troubleshooting for IT, ITS, and facilities-related issues.
- Escalate complex issues to relevant technical teams and track resolution.
- Ensure timely closure of tickets in line with SLAs.
- Maintain accurate records of incidents, requests, and resolutions.
- Support reporting on system performance and recurring issues.
About you
- Diploma or degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum 1+ year experience in helpdesk or technical support roles.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems and incident management processes.
- Basic troubleshooting skills in IT systems and applications.
- Strong communication and customer service orientation.
