Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Perform basic plumbing tasks: Repairing leaks, unclogging drains, and installing fixtures to maintain smooth operations.
  • Handle electrical repairs: Replacing light bulbs, fixing outlets, and ensuring electrical safety standards are met.
  • Assist with moving and lifting: Transporting furniture, equipment, and materials safely and efficiently.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization: Keeping work areas tidy, disposing of waste, and ensuring tools and materials are properly stored.
  • Execute painting and finishing: Preparing surfaces, applying paint, and ensuring a professional finish for various projects.
  • Conduct carpentry work: Fixing broken furniture, repairing doors and windows, and performing minor construction tasks.

  • Proficiency in using hand and power tools, ensuring efficient and safe completion of tasks.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, allowing for quick and effective solutions to unexpected issues.
