Job Title: Plant Helper

Department: Production / Dairy Processing

Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Reports To: Production Supervisor / Shift In-Charge

Position Overview

The Plant Helper will assist in daily production operations within the dairy processing facility, ensuring cleanliness, smooth workflow, and adherence to hygiene and safety standards. The role requires physical fitness, alertness, and a willingness to learn.

** In-house training will be provided to develop the required technical and operational skills.**

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in production line activities including preparation, packing, and cleaning of equipment and work areas.
• Support process operators in running and monitoring machines for fresh milk, long-life milk, and ice cream production.
• Perform CIP (Cleaning in Place) activities and basic cleaning routines for equipment as per instructions.
• Help in material handling, loading/unloading, and maintaining organized workstations.
• Report any irregularities or machine faults to the supervisor immediately.
• Follow safety, hygiene, and quality standards at all times.

Position Requirements

• Basic knowledge or prior experience in the dairy or food manufacturing industry preferred.
• Physically fit and willing to perform manual and standing work in a production environment.
• Must be alert, responsible, and able to use common sense while operating around machines.

Specific Skills (Preferred)

• Basic knowledge of CIP (Cleaning in Place) procedures for ice cream machines.
• Familiarity with SCADA-controlled systems for fresh milk and long-life milk processes.

This is an entry-level operational role. On-the-job training will be provided to help the employee perform production and machine-support duties effectively.
