Roles & Responsibilities

Desired Candidate Profile

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planting, watering, trimming, and maintaining trees, shrubs, grass, and flowers.
• Support with soil preparation, mixing fertilizers, and other landscaping materials.
• Help operate and maintain basic gardening tools and equipment under supervision.
• Carry out cleaning and general upkeep of landscaped areas (removing litter, debris, weeds, etc.).
• Assist in irrigation activities, ensuring proper watering schedules are followed.
• Load, unload, and move landscaping materials as required.
• Follow health, safety, and environmental guidelines at all times.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Landscape Supervisor or Site In-charge.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in landscaping, gardening, or outdoor maintenance (preferred but not mandatory).
• Physically fit and able to work in outdoor conditions.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• Basic understanding of safety practices in handling tools and equipment.
• Willingness to work 6 days per week, 8 hours per day (or as per company schedule).

• Salary: AED 900 (as per company standards)
