Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
The Helper supports machine operators and production staff in day-to-day manufacturing activities in a plastic flexible packaging unit.
The role involves handling materials, assisting in machine operations, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring safe and smooth production flow.
Key Responsibilities
Load and unload raw materials, rolls, and finished goods
Support machine setup, roll change, cleaning, and basic adjustments as instructed Pack finished products as per quality and dispatch guidelines
Desired Candidate Profile
Skills & Requirements
Basic understanding of factory/shop-floor environment
Ability to handle physical work and stand for long hours
Duty Hours:- 12 Hours (Including Lunch & dinner - 1 Hour) - Day & Night Both Shift
