Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial contracts, ensuring favorable terms and minimizing legal risks for the corporation.
  • Advise senior management on a wide range of corporate legal matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance.
  • Manage and oversee all aspects of corporate litigation, from initial assessment to resolution, working closely with external counsel.
  • Conduct legal research and provide accurate and timely legal opinions on various corporate matters, staying up-to-date on relevant laws and regulations.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Holds active membership in good standing with the state bar.
  • Demonstrates a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in corporate law, with a focus on commercial transactions.
  • Exhibits a strong understanding of corporate governance principles and best practices.
