Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor the English department, fostering a collaborative and innovative teaching environment.
  • Oversee the development, implementation, and evaluation of the English curriculum across all school levels.
  • Provide expert guidance on teaching methodologies, assessment strategies, and student progress monitoring.
  • Manage and allocate departmental resources, including budget, materials, and staffing requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Holds a Master's degree in English, Education, or a related field.

  • Possesses a minimum of 5 years of experience in teaching English at various school levels.

  • Demonstrates exceptional leadership and management skills, with proven experience in leading a team.

  • Including inspection experience.

  • Exhibits a deep understanding of curriculum development, assessment, and instructional strategies.
