Roles & Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Install, service, and repair split, window, and central A/C systems.

  • Diagnose faults and perform corrective maintenance.

  • Conduct routine preventive maintenance as per schedule.

  • Replace faulty components such as compressors, motors, and thermostats.

  • Ensure proper refrigerant handling and leak testing.

  • Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas safely.

  • Follow safety guidelines and technical standards.

  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on A/C maintenance experience.

  • Good knowledge of HVAC systems and tools.

  • Ability to read basic technical drawings and manuals.
