Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies specific to the plastic manufacturing industry in the UAE, focusing on lead generation and brand awareness.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and trends within the plastics sector, and adjust marketing efforts accordingly.
  • Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing, to drive traffic and conversions.
  • Plan and oversee marketing events, trade shows, and exhibitions to promote the company's plastic products and services.
  • Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and ROI on marketing investments.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging technologies, and regulations relevant to the plastic manufacturing sector in Abu Dhabi.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of marketing experience within the plastic manufacturing or a related industrial sector.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that resulted in quantifiable results.
