Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in-person
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies
• Resolve complaints and issues efficiently and professionally
• Document customer interactions and feedback in CRM systems
• Escalate complex issues to senior staff when necessary
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality
• Follow communication scripts and company guidelines
• Support promotional campaigns and upselling when appropriate

Qualifications & Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree is a plus
• 0–2 years of experience in customer service or related field
• Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written); regional languages are a bonus
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM tools
• Patience, empathy, and a customer-first attitude
• Ability to work in shifts, weekends, or holidays if required
• Team player with a willingness to learn and adapt
