Manages and supervises the Maintenance Management org unit according to defined objectives and KPIs Designs and leads initiatives with regard to Maintenance Management Takes responsibility for standards, governance and processes in area of responsibility Defines and steers budgets for the development of activities within area of responsibility Manages and supervises multiple org units within Maintenance Management Proposes and implements measures for improving team performance, organizational flexibility, diversity, succession planning, coaching, change Management and personal growth Ensures a standardized approach and implementation of LTPM, Maintenance process and system within the plant including implementation of preventive, predictive and unplanned Maintenance for production equipment and facility equipment within the plant Ensures installation and movement of equipment and re-qualification of equipment and tools Ensures Maintenance for utilities, cooling, heating, electricity, water, compressed air, steam, lighting etc. internal or by external suppliers, according to requirements (standards) Ensures Maintenance of firefighting and fire prevention equipment Ensure maintenance security camera systems Ensures monitoring, analysis and improvement of process performance and supports the inventory reduction of spare and wear parts
