Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
The Holidays Officer supports the day-to-day operations of Etihad Holidays, assisting in product, commercial, and financial activities. The role works closely with the Holidays Product Manager to ensure smooth coordination with hotel partners, suppliers, and internal stakeholders. This includes managing invoices and reconciliations, supporting financial tracking, preparing presentations and performance reports, and assisting in the execution of marketing and product initiatives.
- Support the Holidays Product Manager in daily operational and administrative tasks related to the Holidays business.
- Coordinate with hotel partners, aggregators, and internal finance teams to manage invoices, payment reconciliations, and supplier queries.
- Assist in tracking product performance, pricing updates, and commercial offers across markets.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and dashboards (PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI) for internal meetings and leadership reviews.
- Maintain and update supplier and product data to ensure accuracy across systems and communication channels.
- Support the implementation of marketing campaigns and product launches in collaboration with Digital and Marketing teams.
- Monitor product performance metrics, customer feedback, and operational issues, flagging any risks or anomalies.
- Assist with contract documentation, rate loading, and administrative follow-up with suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with Etihad Holidays procedures, procurement policies, and financial controls.
- Provide general support to the Holidays team in cross-functional coordination, planning, and day-to-day execution.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 4 years of experience in travel, tourism, or hospitality, preferably in product, operations, or finance support roles.
Good understanding of basic financial processes such as invoicing, reconciliation, and supplier management.
Strong organizational and coordination skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Power BI is a plus.
Good communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal teams and external partners.
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
Bachelor s degree in business, Engineering, Economics, or a related field
