Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary customer contact during delivery, ensuring clear and professional communication.
- Load, transport, and install furniture safely and efficiently according to company standards.
- Conduct pre-delivery and post-installation checks to verify product condition and placement accuracy.
- Assemble furniture and fixtures with precision, following brand guidelines and customer requirements.
- Identify and report any damages, defects, or installation challenges immediately.
- Maintain strict adherence to all safety, handling, and operational procedures.
- Collaborate with drivers, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries.
- Represent Majid Al Futtaim Lifestyle with courtesy, professionalism, and attention to detail at all times.
- Proactively address customer inquiries and ensure satisfaction before completion of each job.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of company vehicles and equipment.
Desired Candidate Profile
High school certificate or equivalent.
1 2 years of experience in delivery, assembly, or installation ideally within the luxury furniture or home d cor sector.
Proven carpentry or assembly experience is mandatory.
Strong communication and customer service skills in English.
Excellent physical fitness, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
Valid UAE driving license preferred.
Team player with a professional appearance and customer-oriented mindset.
Ability to handle furniture safely and efficiently under time constraints.
