Aqeeq International Academy of Riyadh (AIAR), Kingdom of Saudi Arabia will be a Premium School conducted in state-of-the-art facilities, arguably the best educational accommodation in the Kingdom.
AIAR’s educational programmes will be led and delivered by highly accomplished educationists. T
hese practioners will be suitably trained and qualified and in most part be graduates from leading western universities. They will possess as a minimum requirement, a defined Bachelor of Education Degree and be able to demonstrate proven successful teaching experience (minimum 3 years) within a suitably recognised Elementary / Primary Program (KG-G5).
Given AIAR will be characterised by a holistic approach to its educational delivery, all of which will be underpinned and benchmarked against a set of high standards and expectations embedded within its ‘School Charter and Foundations for Teaching and Learning Framework’; the recruitment process is focussing on the identification of individuals who will best profile against these collective commitments.
In addition, individuals able to present and demonstrate through the selection process as resilient, flexible, problem solvers and are relationship and performance driven will be viewed as highly desirable. Whilst evidence of Higher Degrees will be favourably looked upon, it is the thorough assessment of an individual’s knowledge, experience, skill set and personal and professional character benched against the above AIAR criteria, which will drive the selection process.
AIAR will have a clearly articulated process of Performance Management and Annual Individual Review which is contained within its existing ‘Framework for Sustained Excellence.’
AIAR seeks Early Childhood, Elementary Homeroom and Specialist Teachers (Female) to join this developing International School, teaching alongside of and where appropriate, mentoring local teachers. In addition, there would be the expectation to collaboratively assist the Section’s Leadership in the Academy’s establishment of the Elementary programme of delivery in its first year.
