Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets within the HORECA sector.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, including hotels, restaurants, and catering companies, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including market research and lead generation to expand the customer base.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients, showcasing the value proposition of the offerings.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of proven sales experience within the HORECA industry, demonstrating a track record of success.
  • Strong understanding of the HORECA market, including the needs and preferences of different customer segments.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
