Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Warmly welcome guests upon arrival, providing a friendly and positive atmosphere.
Assist visitors with information regarding park attractions, events, and facilities.
Guide guests to the appropriate areas and ensure they have a smooth entry process.
Address guest inquiries and resolve any concerns quickly and professionally.
Encourage and promote park activities, shows, and events to enhance the guest experience.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the host area.
Work collaboratively with team members to ensure high levels of guest satisfaction.
Participate in training programs to stay updated on park offerings and policies.
Desired Candidate Profile
Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Experience: Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or guest relations is a plus.
Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Friendly demeanor with a strong focus on guest satisfaction.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
