Duties & Responsibilities:
Management of the property and other site staff
Oversee staff on all levels, including recruitment and hiring, performance reviews and termination if necessary of in house workers
Responsible for children s agenda
Ensure that all nannies assigned to each children are following the house rule of handling and caring for them from head to foot
Ensure that the food of the children is followed as per their diet.
Monitor the children schedule in school during drop and pick up
Attend school meetings and activities with the children
Arrange tutorial, and play time of the children with nannies
Oversee the many systems that keep the house running including:
o annual budget
o schedules for all employees
o use of estate facilities.
Organize maintenance schedules and needed repairs.
Direct supervision of groundskeeper and housekeeper
Meet with vendors, negotiate contracts and conflict resolution for furnishings and technical maintenance
SKILLS:
Must possess strong people skills to interact with people both above and below them
Extreme attention to detail
Must be flexible
Comfortable with financing, scheduling and other technical management skills.
Must be proficient in MS Excel to track records, complete schedules and ensure accuracy.
Preferred candidates who can understand, write and speak Arabic, French and English
With any College degree, with same experience minimum 4 years
Must provide a reference certificate from previous employer with contact number
