Roles & Responsibilities

Main Duties :

Perform daily inspections of rooms and common areas to ensure the best possible service

Recruit, hire and train new housekeeping associates

Ensure the availability of materials and equipment

Perform staff reviews and encourage teamwork among staff

Resolve guest, client and patient problems and complaints

Perform duties as per the Companys' requirement.
