Roles & Responsibilities

Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Collect keys and daily assignments, preparing the trolley and necessary equipment for efficient task performance and to prevent delays.
  • Maintain and clean guest rooms, replenishing room supplies according to the hotels Standards of Performance.
  • Clean and replenish bathrooms, ensuring adherence to Standards of Performance and safety standards.
  • Arrange and tidy guest belongings while cleaning rooms and bathrooms.
  • Inform Valet Service to collect guest clothes for laundry, dry cleaning, or pressing to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Clean guest corridors, service pantries, and service areas, maintaining a professional and organized appearance.
  • Report maintenance-related issues to the Engineering Department for general upkeep and facility maintenance.
  • Consider guest needs and requirements when working in public areas and guest rooms, ensuring courtesy and guest satisfaction.
  • Uphold environmental, health, and safety standards in alignment with organizational policies.
  • Adhere to the company s environmental, health, and safety procedures and policies.
