Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms and public areas, ensuring all surfaces are spotless and welcoming.
- Restock essential items such as toiletries, linens, and towels, maintaining inventory for efficient operations.
- Report maintenance issues promptly to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for guests.
- Follow established cleaning protocols to meet hotel standards and enhance guest satisfaction.
Desired Candidate Profile
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred, showcasing a foundational level of education.
- Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field is highly valued, ideally with 1-2 years in a hospitality setting.
- Certification in cleaning and sanitation practices demonstrates a commitment to industry standards.
- Experience in luxury hotels or resorts is an advantage, reflecting familiarity with high expectations.
