Key tasks
The responsibility of the Housekeeping Attendant is to support the Housekeeping Department by carrying out various tasks as assigned and contributing to the overall success of the function.
Cleans the guest rooms, replenishes the mini bar and other amenities, and reports any maintenance requirements to management.
Operates with the highest level of customer service and attention to detail, ensuring compliance to the hotel policies and procedures.
Executes assigned tasks effectively and efficiently.
Takes note of all guest requests and ensures that the goods or services are delivered.
Monitors inventory on maids trolley, restocking it accordingly before shift starts.
Ensures the strict control of room keys and section keys.
Reports items to Lost and Found.
Notifies the Manager on duty of any damages caused by guests.
Maintains the flowers in the rooms and lobby area.
