A role has arisen for a highly motivated and hardworking individual. The main purpose of this position is to actively contribute to the successful achievement of Hotel s goals of High Standard Quality Guest Service.
Your key duties will include, but not limited to the following:
• Keep stock of all the necessary form: memo, report, purchase request & work sheets.
• Attend the communication meetings of her/his section.
• Be responsible for filing, updating all the necessary documents and records
• Arrange appointment for the Executive Housekeeper with contractors or suppliers
• Take messages and make sure they are handled properly
• Type memos and other correspondences
• Maintain sufficient stock of stationary, record book for the use of Housekeeping staff
• Record all the expenses to control budget
• Complete the departmental attendance record and send it to Human Resources for salary calculation on 20th of every month.
• Calculate and fill out Laundry bill, sent them to FO cashier before Guest check out.
• Calculate linen and laundry production report daily.
• Complete Laundry report and submit to Account Depart by 2 of every month.
• Record daily occupancy report and hand over to the front office.
• Communicate closely with uniform/linen supervisor
• Make sure Lost & Found items are recorded handle properly.
• Liaise with Assistant Housekeeper to clear lost & found items every quarter.

Desired Candidate Profile


In order to be considered for this role, you will have educated to degree-level or above in a relevant discipline with appropriate professional qualifications and up to date professional knowledge. You will possess 1+ years in a similar position in a 4* Or 5* property.
You will have a high degree of emotional intelligence , remaining rational and calm under pressure as well as open-minded and excited by cultural and professional diversity.
Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English is a must.
