Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee daily housekeeping operations, ensuring all rooms and public areas are cleaned to the highest standards.
- Develop and implement housekeeping procedures and checklists to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels while minimizing waste.
- Maintain health and safety standards by ensuring all cleaning practices comply with regulations and hotel policies.
- Prepare reports on housekeeping activities, including staffing, expenses, and room status for management review.
Desired Candidate Profile
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality management is preferred for enhanced operational knowledge.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a housekeeping role, with at least 1 year in a supervisory position.
- Experience in the hospitality industry, particularly in hotels or resorts, demonstrating understanding of guest service standards.
