Roles & Responsibilities
A VIP family in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee and manage the household housekeeping staff. The Supervisor will ensure cleanliness standards are met, manage laundry services, and provide excellent service to the family. The role requires effective communication with staff and family members, handling any housekeeping issues, and ensuring the overall satisfaction of the household.
Desired Candidate Profile
Proven supervisory and leadership skills
Experience in housekeeping operations and managing laundry services
Strong customer service skills
Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and standards
Previous experience in a VIP household or hospitality industry is a plus
Excellent communication and team management abilities
Ability to work flexible hours and weekends as needed
