This is a Contract role under Manpower ME for a duration of 6 months.
- 2 years or more of experience on mass recruitment for front end roles (sales) and dealing with high volumes of candidates to source, screen
- sourcing through various channels i.e social media (most important) including LinkedIn recruiter, job portals (monster, indeed etc)
- phone screening and interviewing skills - excellent communication as the role is front facing for candidates and internally for hiring managers
- good understanding of UAE labor laws etc
- 1-2 years (within the experience above) to use LinkedIn Recruiter & Avature (our current ATS)
Experience working on other HR projects (training, etc as required)
Soft Skills:
Solid Communication skills
Flexibility to work on different changing business needs and dealing with different stakeholders
Ability to deal with demanding customers and work under pressure
Ability to deal with ambiguity
Work well standalone but also in a team
Comfortable working in a fast paced environment
Previous experience in FMCG is preferred.
