Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage HR and administrative processes, including employee records, documentation, onboarding/offboarding coordination.
- Provide executive support and assist management with internal communications and scheduling.
- Maintain accurate employee data, including attendance, leave records, and personnel files.
- Prepare and track reports using Excel or Google Sheets to support HR metrics and operational needs.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labour law across HR and office practices.
What We re Looking For:
- 1 3 years HR and admin experience in the UAE.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Solid understanding of UAE labour law and HR procedures.
- Highly organized with strong multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets.
- Experience as an Executive Assistant is an advantage.
