Company information:
A company with a wide portfolio of Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing products, supporting the building materials sector.

Responsibilities:
To provide administrative support to the HR Department in terms of daily operations and interactions.

• Complete daily HR and administration activities (e.g. data capturing, filing, photocopying, typing letters and other related tasks).
• Ensure timeous delivery on employee and Manager requests.
• Assist with all administration and HR processes related to the employee life cycle:
o Recruitment & Selection, Onboarding/Induction, Probation, monthly attendance, Visa and Government relations, HR Projects, Exit/Separation etc.
• Data & document management (e.g. updating the system and drafting letters).
• General office communication & office coordination.
• Arranging the collection and delivery of documents.
• Office maintenance

HR / Human Relations / Industrial Relations

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements:

2- 3 years of Administration / Human Resources experience.
Preferably a Certificate/Diploma in HR/Office Admin.
Attention to detail and accurate.
Good planning and organising skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritise.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Hindi language preferred
Strong customer service orientation.
Knowledge of the UAE Labour Law advantageous.
Computer literacy and MS office experience.

Availability: Immediately
Location: Currently residing in Dubai
Transport: Own transport arrangement
Location: Al Quoz (Dubai)
