We are seeking to hire HR & Administrator for a group of companies, Please go through the requirement:

- Experience in Formulation and Implementation of HR
Policies and Practices in Organizations in lines with UAE
Labour Laws.
- Experience in structural design of the organization, Grading
System, Performance Management & System Policies.
- Experience in establishing and managing leave calendars,
supervise annual leave/emergency leave/sick leave and
other
leave applications of employees, ensure all authorizations
are in place before employees depart, return dates are
monitored and necessary actions are taken for exceeded due
dates.
- Experience in establishing and managing staffing status
reports to track current and long-term manpower
requirements, plan and can take initiatives for mobilization
and demobilization activities as per deadlines.
- Experience in making policies and procedures. Set up and
administer systems to ensure timely status follow-up with
visa team and PROs for all visa transactions.
- Experience in managing Emiratization programme in
coordination with visa team, recruiters, Senior Management
for all group companies in compliance with applicable laws
and regulations.
- Experience in review of group-wide performance
management practices across projects and companies,
identify gaps and propose improvement plan for effective
talent management in coordination with Senior
Management. Commit for meeting performance appraisal
deadlines with all levels.
