Job Responsibilities
• Provide confidential and discreet administrative and research support to the HR Function, including with the recruitment process
• Assist in the co-ordination of all aspects of the annual Learning & Development Programme and assist with training facilitators as required
• Support tendering process and set up purchase order documentation
• Provide support as and when required on payroll
• Manage employer branding on LinkedIn
• Respond to client s queries and inbox monitoring
• Maintain and develop the HR section of the intranet site
• Demonstrate flexibility in undertaking any additional tasks that can arise, giving high quality customer service at all times
Job Requirements
• 3rd level qualification in HR or a related discipline
• CIPD Membership or eligibility for same will be an advantage
• Excellent administration skills with proficiency in the use of Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to use social media platforms
