Job Description:
• Previous experience in HR and company administration services
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Self-starter with the ability to work within a dynamic team environment.
• Excellent presentation, training and interpersonal skills.
Job Requirements :
• Recruitment administration from placing of adverts to appointments and references;
• Employment contract compliance administration, liaison with future employees and probation monitoring in conjunction with the line manager;
• Guide new employees by providing orientation information packets; gathering withholding and other payroll information; explaining and obtaining signatures for benefit programs.
• Leaver administration including the recording of exit interviews;
• Job evaluation and reward & recognition administration;
• Manage complex employee relations casework including dispute resolutions, disciplinaries, grievances, absence, retirement and redundancy.
• Maintains human resources records by documenting new hires, transfers, terminations, changes in job classifications, merit increases, tracking vacation, attendance, sickness, lateness and personal time.
• Continuously monitor and review HR policies and processes and implement changes where necessary.
