Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
As an HR Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation and efficiency of our HR department. Your primary responsibility will be to support the organization's HR initiatives by handling a variety of administrative tasks, thereby enhancing the overall function of the HR team. You will work closely with HR managers and line managers, providing them with essential information and support. A successful HR Administrator should be highly organized, detail-oriented and capable of handling inquiries with tact and confidentiality. Your ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and navigate HR systems efficiently will be essential in maintaining our company's standards and employee satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and update employee records in compliance with internal and legal requirements.
- Assist in recruitment processes including posting job ads and handling applicant queries.
- Coordinate onboarding processes to ensure new employees have a smooth entry.
- Support HR mangers in implementing performance management processes effectively.
- Prepare and process documentation related to compensation and benefit updates.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures professionally.
- Organize and develop HR initiatives including training sessions and workshops.
- Assist in drafting HR-related communications such as letters and contracts.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations in all transactions.
- Maintain attendance records and manage leave requests and approvals accordingly.
- Conduct audits on HR processes and systems to enhance effectiveness and efficiency.
- Support health and safety by maintaining updated files and incident reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
- Proven experience in an HR administrative or similar role is required.
- Strong understanding of HR principles and best practices mandatory.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills essential for success.
- Proficiency with HR software systems and Microsoft Office Suite required.
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written are crucial.
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism is necessary at all times.
