Manages and processes all HRIS actions, includes but not limited to, creates employee record through hiring GPA, transfers, promotes, terminates employees record in addition to creating positions using correct org structure as required.
Creates, prepares monthly payroll and processes any related actions, ensuring date accuracy and necessary updates took place through, regular verification and maintaining any pay changes.
; Compiles, maintains, updates and keeps personnel records and files including employee information, personal data, compensation, benefits, attendance, leaves, discipline, work related accidents and injuries, change in employment status, rewards and/or termination.
; Complies, updates and maintains personnel record and administer company local insurance benefits and explain options to employee and files claims, cancelation forms and acts as the focal point for coordination with the insurance providers.
; Communicates and maintains professional public relations with the Law enforcement officials and ensures implementing the legal procedures for trouble shooting and/or resolving any dispute that might arise with regard to personnel affairs.
; Manages and follow up issuance of the legal permits required company s expatriates to ensure compliance with laws and regulations related to foreigners working in Egypt.
; Conduct periodical Audit for personnel records in the company bases to ensure compliance with company s internal policies and governmental legal requirements.
; Computes social insurance dues according to the prescribed rates, laws and regulations to ensure company s compliance with periodical social insurance payment.
; Compiles all personnel information required for reporting to the governmental and/or authorities and ensures compliance with social security and labor laws and any other applicable laws as well as compliance with company policies, procedures and regulations.
; Very good knowledge of Human Resources principles and practices.
; Excellent communication skills and ability to interface with employees at all levels of the company to assist and answer questions and inquiries.
; Ability to complete multiple tasks in a timely, accurate and thorough manner required
