HR Analyst jobs Vacancy, We are urgently looking for an experienced and talented HR Analyst for our firm, location Abu Dhabi .
Job Requirements:
• Support the broader HR Consulting organization
• Partner with other HR partners to support downstream impacts of organizational change
• Coordinate, collate, analyze, and present complex HR data and reports back to the HRC organization
• Providing data driven insight into key issues, problems, or focus areas to HR and the aligned businesses more broadly
• Assess processes, drive change management, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement and streamlined workflow
• Develop partnerships with the broader HR Business Partner team
• Support ad hoc office activities, as needed
Job Responsibilities:
• Financial services experience preferred
• Team oriented and strong communication skills required
• Previous HR experience, internships, or coursework preferred
• Strong analytical skills: analysis, synthesis and presentation of large amounts of data, primarily through Microsoft Office applications
• Highly motivated and ability to work in a fast pace environment with multiple competing priorities
• Detail and resolution oriented
• Experience working globally in a matrixed environment preferred
