Job Description:

• Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data to support decision-making.
• Maintain and update HR databases and HRIS systems ensuring data accuracy.
• Prepare periodic HR reports and dashboards related to headcount, turnover, recruitment, and employee performance. Support manpower planning by tracking approved vs. actual headcount.
• Assist in analyzing recruitment metrics and hiring trends.
• Monitor HR KPIs and provide insights for improvement.
• Support HR projects, process improvements, and system enhancements.
• Ensure proper documentation and reporting for HR activities.
• Coordinate with different departments to gather required HR data and information.
• Assist in audits and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor s Degree in any discipline
• Fluent in English
• Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
• Familiarity with social media, resume databases, and professional networks.
• A keen understanding of the requirements for each role in the company.
• Experience in using Online Talent Solutions to proactively source candidates.
• Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems is a plus.
