Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Possess excellent IT skills and communication skills with strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and HR systems.
The role requires multitasking, coordination with different departments/agencies, and
flexibility to work extended hours when required.
Handle employee relations and provide day-to-day HR support.
Manage recruitment coordination, including liaising with recruitment agencies and manpower suppliers.
Maintain and update recruitment trackers, HR databases, and employee records.
Screen CVs, shortlist candidates, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Send interview confirmations, follow-ups, and feedback to candidates/agencies. Assist in sourcing profiles from job portals, databases, and manpower supply agencies.
Ensure compliance documentation and employee files are complete and up to date.
Prepare reports, HR analytics, and maintain accurate Excel trackers.
Desired Candidate Profile
