Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Assist with day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records and managing HR documentation.

Support the recruitment process by scheduling interviews, coordinating candidate communications, and assisting with onboarding activities.

Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures in a timely and professional manner.

Prepare HR-related reports and presentations as required by management.

Coordinate and track employee training, development programs, and performance evaluations.

Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and employee engagement activities.

Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant labor laws in all HR processes.

Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information and uphold data privacy standards.

Support payroll and benefits administration by collecting and verifying relevant documentation.

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the HR department.

Desired Candidate Profile

MALE ONLY

Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

3-5 years of experience in a human resources or administrative support role.

Strong understanding of HR processes, policies, and best practices.

Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.

Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems.

High level of attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks.

Experience working in an office-based environment.
