THE IDEAL HUMAN RESOURCES & TRAINING ASSISTANT MUST HAVE:
Previous exposure in a busy high-volume environment and good experience in administration, having great attention to detail is essential.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to confidently and persuasively communicate to front line associates, as well as management and executives
Strong organizational skills with great attention to details and the ability to prioritise in order to increase efficiency and meet deadlines.
The ability to work well under pressure, deliver exceptional customer service and be a great team player
Worked in multicultural and multilingual environments and be creative, pro-active, dynamic
Excellent presentation skills
Previous involvement in training/learning & development related role
MAIN PURPOSE OF HUMAN RESOURCES & TRAINING ASSISTANT ROLE:
To actively contribute to providing a pro-active, effective and business focused Human Resources solutions to the Hotel, with particular focus on administration, training, recruitment and employees relations.
To provide effective administrative support in relation to all employee related issues, maintaining personnel database, new starters and leavers administration, consolidating reports, assisting in organizing staff events and social activities.
To be a first point of contact for all Human Resources matters and to provide friendly and efficient HR administration and recruitment service to all Heads of Departments and individual employees.
To support the HR Officer and Cluster Manager with the daily operational tasks to achieve them in timely manner.
