Job Description :
Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
Ensures fair administration of human resources policies and procedures.
Creates and update job descriptions.
Sources candidates from multiple sources. Set up interviews by phone and in person, and recommends candidates for further interviews. Makes job offers and communicates benefits to prospective employees.
Design a Performance Management System, Implement and keep records for all staff performance appraisal and identify the training needs.
Processes new employees and explains benefits. Processes necessary paperwork. Follows up with employees to ensure benefits enrolment e.g. Medical Insurance etc
Employee relations by advising staff on policies and procedures. Discusses disciplinary options and provides advice. Monitors disciplinary actions including discharges.
Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource requirements as per the UAE Labour Law; conducting investigations; maintaining records; representing the organization at hearings.
Answers questions and concerns regarding employee s status, remuneration, benefits, e.t.c. Contacts benefit vendors concerning employee problems.
Maintains and updates personnel files and all other Human Resource related files. Coordinate training requirement of employees.
May perform other duties as required or directed.
