Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks
- Assist in recruitment activities including job postings, CV screening, interview coordination, and candidate follow-ups
- Maintain and update employee records, HR files, and databases
- Assist with onboarding and induction of new employees
- Prepare HR documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, confirmations, and leave letters
- Support payroll processing by coordinating attendance, leave, and employee data
- Handle employee queries related to HR policies and procedures
- Coordinate leave management, attendance, and timesheets
- Assist in performance appraisal and employee engagement activities
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in HR or administration.
- Basic knowledge of HR processes and labor laws
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently
