Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks
  • Assist in recruitment activities including job postings, CV screening, interview coordination, and candidate follow-ups
  • Maintain and update employee records, HR files, and databases
  • Assist with onboarding and induction of new employees
  • Prepare HR documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, confirmations, and leave letters
  • Support payroll processing by coordinating attendance, leave, and employee data
  • Handle employee queries related to HR policies and procedures
  • Coordinate leave management, attendance, and timesheets
  • Assist in performance appraisal and employee engagement activities
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in HR or administration.
  • Basic knowledge of HR processes and labor laws
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently
