Recruitment & Resourcing
• Handling complete recruitment cycle of CAT C & D assigned positions.
• Coordinate with internal departments to get exact requirements
• Sourcing the profiles through job portals, searching for candidates through various channels.
• Design job advertisements for recruitment and screen response against job requirements.
• Coordinating with shortlisted candidates for the next level interviews.
• Taking the first round of interviews whenever required
• Roll out offers with salary negotiations and date of joining.
• Preparation of offer and appointment letters and follow-up with the candidates.
• Follow up with the candidates and consultants for closing the position.

On-Boarding Formalities
• Carry out the Joining Formalities ensuring that all the necessary documents are present.
• Get necessary agreements signed.
• Coordinate opening accounts with the Bank.
• General Introduction to a new employee about the company, organization structure, HR policy, general procedures.
• Explaining the leave procedure of the company.
• Opening personal files of employees and updating from time to time.

Payroll
• Gathering monthly payroll inputs like the number of new hires along with the date of Joining, a number of separations along with Date of relieving, HeadCount tally, Leaves, business travel and LOP details, Full and Final Settlements, Promotions and Increments, arrears etc..
• Preparation of monthly payroll and submitting for verification.
• Generating payslips and issuing them after verification from the department head.

Exit Formalities
• Providing full & final settlement statement of the exiting employee to the accounts department.
• Ensuring proper handover of the responsibilities
• Issuing of relieving & experience certificates
Record Keeping

• Ensure all the relevant correspondences from joining until the exit of the employee are maintained in both soft and hard copies.
• Issuing official letters as per requirement
• Passport record maintenance

Administration

• Facilities Management
• Procurement of Office Assets
• Medical Insurance Renewals
• Vehicle Renewals
• Managing records of renewals of various documents

Immigration

• Visa Renewals
• Visa Cancellations
• New Visa Application
• Liaising with authority
• License Renewals
• All other immigration tasks.

Others

• Office Premises
• Labor Camp
• Weekly Visits to Labor Camps
• CAT C & D monthly grievance management & Conducting meetings
• GPS Tracking of Light Vehicle
• Driver Management
• Making Various Reports
• Managing GreytHR portal & Staff related records and information


Oil & Gas / Petroleum

Desired Candidate Profile

- Must have UAE experience.
- Should be able to manage Immigration Formalities.
- Must be aware about the UAE Labor Law.
- Willing to work in pressure.
- Willing to take multiple responsibilities.
- Must have good command over written and verbal English.
