Job Description:
Communicates and facilitates processes and procedures related to compensation
training & development ,benefits
Affirmative Action, Diversity, and employee relations.
Communicates program changes to management team and to employees.
Assists employees with questions or problems related to benefits plans.
Partners with managers and Service Center personnel to resolve problems related to employee benefits, payroll, staffing, disability, workers compensation, awards, immigration processing, etc
Requirements:
• Significant knowledge of legislation impacting the practice of human resources management.
• Significant knowledge of company HR policies and practices, labor movement, arbitration proceedings.
• Knowledge of local HRIS system and report writing.
• Good public presentation skills.
• Ability to read and write in Chinese.
• Ability to conduct a thorough, timely and unbiased internal investigation and provide practical recommendations.
