Cequens HR business partner (HRBP) position is responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business units. The position serves as a consultant to management on human resource-related issues. The successful HRBP acts as an employee champion and change agent. The role assesses and anticipates HR-related needs. Communicating needs proactively with our HR department and business management, the HRBP seeks to develop integrated solutions. The position formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflects the business objectives of the organization vision.
• Provides guidance and input on group restructures and workforce planning, along with organization design.
• Handles the staffing & selection process to deliver against agreed staffing plans.
• Implements the Pre-boarding / on-boarding and Off-boarding program of company s Joiners.
• Implements actions resulting from our Employees Engagement & Enablement surveys within a specific timeline and ensures actions related to the department managers/heads follow the same.
• Provides performance management guidance to line management.
• Succession Planning, involves an integrated, systematic approach for identifying, developing, and retaining capable and skilled employees in line with current and projected business objectives.
• Conducts monthly meetings with the assigned departments.
• Assesses employees capabilities and designs their individual development plans.
• Participates in evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure that training objectives are met.
