Partner with business leaders to maintain a highly motivated and engaged workforce
Work with senior management and HR team to develop and implement HR plans and solutions
Partner with business on organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and skills assessment and development
Work with the business leaders to lead both annual and mid-year review processes which focus on performance management and talent development
Work with business groups to assess, create and implement innovative solutions for a variety of employee engagement initiatives within the client group
Implement new policies, procedures and programs in support of business
Provide management coaching to managers and senior leaders & help them take right decisions
Provide compensation support including salary planning, approval of salary actions, promotions and job re-levelling .
Assess business unit's HR training needs and conduct personal or group training sessions
Review and analyse business metrics including data on retention and employee experience in order to recommend systemic improvements
Work with line managers and employees to address all types of employee relations issues
Formulating strong partnerships with the business and delivering value added services that reflect the business objectives and serving as a consultant to manage Human Resource needs and requirements.
Providing HR Policy guidance and interpretation.
Ensuring HR solutions are aligned with business strategy
Support cultural changes across the business unit through a variety of different methods, including implementing action plans following the Staff Survey, enabling managers to more effectively manage their staff, strongly encouraging managers to take greater responsibility for their staff.
Counseling and mentors junior staff members of the business in consultation with the business leaders
Proven expertise in assisting the BU Leaders with relevant metrics, analytics and data, to make HR related business decisions
Assessing the need and Partnering with HR SMEs/HR Operations/HR Shared Services to deliver focused and customized (where appropriate) HR solutions to the business
To support the effective delivery of a higher performing HR service, ensuring that the high standards within the team are developed and maintained
Effectively managing the entire life cycle of an Employee starting from On boarding till exit.
Salary: INR 27,50,000 - 42,50,000 P.A.
