HR Business Partner - UAE National

Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities:-

* UAE National with Family Book

* A generalist or specialist, preferably with multiple industries background such as Banking or Financial Services.

* A Bachelor level university/college degree is required.

* In addition, a minimum of 5-8 years of relevant working experience.

* Requires the ability to communicate in written and spoken English and Arabic.

* Knowledge and experience with the most current/advance theories and practices within multiple related professional disciplines, such as Organization Development, Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management, Talent Management, Leadership Development, Learning Management, Change Management, Labor Law / Industrial Relations.

* General business acumen, good understanding of financial impact derived from HR decision/policies, understanding of complex business issues and strategies.

* Communication strategy and messaging skills.

* Ability to build partnerships with internal management & staff and external stakeholders.

* Knowledge and experience in managing the resolution of critical individual HR cases.
