Update HR databases (e.g. new hires, separations, vacation, and sick leaves) Getting application documentation completed for on-roll employees & forwarding the same to head office for appointment letter generation. Assisting Regional HR Manager in recruitment of on-roll employees i.e. screening resume on naukri.com, calling potential candidates & lining up for interview. Background verification process of on-roll employees joining Negotiating salary with applicants as per the guideline of client compensation package Proper follow up to the selected candidates till joining Sending proposals to the new clients and doing follow-up till the client comes on board.
